North Carolina Annual Report

Every NC LLC files an annual report with the Secretary of State by April 15. The fee is $200. The report confirms your address, registered agent and managers. If you don’t file, the state can administratively dissolve your LLC, which can freeze bank accounts and payment platforms.

We send reminders before April 15 and can file the report for you.

Is North Carolina the Right State for Your LLC?

If you live in North Carolina or run your business there, form here. Charlotte, Raleigh and other NC founders need an NC LLC anyway, because an out-of-state LLC doing business in the state must register there too. If you live outside the US and have no NC ties, Wyoming or New Mexico usually cost less each year.
