This policy explains what information LLCPronto collects, why we need it, who we share it with and how we protect it. We only ask for what we need to do the work you order.

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and home address
Your LLC details: name choices, business activity, members and their details
Copies of your passport or national ID, and any other documents you upload
Proof of payment, if you upload or send it

When you book a call, we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the time you choose, your time zone and any notes you add.

When you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep the messages so we can help you.

Technical data. To block spam, our forms keep a short-lived counter linked to a scrambled version of your IP address. It expires after one hour. Our host keeps standard server logs for security.

How We Use Your Information

To form your LLC and deliver the services you order
To apply for your EIN and file reports you ask us to file
To contact you about your order, payment and deadlines
To answer your questions and confirm calls

We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell your information.

Who We Share It With

We share only what each step needs:

The state office where your LLC is formed, for the filing
The IRS, to apply for your EIN
FinCEN, when a BOI report is required
Our registered agent and mailing address partners, to provide those services
Banks and payment platforms, only when you ask us to help with that add-on

Some state filings, like your LLC name and registered agent, become public records. That is set by state law, not by us.

How We Protect Your Documents

Uploaded documents are stored in a private folder on our server that cannot be opened from the internet.
Only our team can view them: in our website admin, and in a copy sent to our private business email so we can start your order.
Files get random names, so they cannot be guessed.
We remove your ID documents once your work is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up service.

Please do not send passport copies by email. Use the upload step in our order form or send them on WhatsApp.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The order form keeps what you type in your own browser tab, so you do not lose it if the page reloads. It is cleared when you submit or close the tab. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the font loads.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep order and contact records while we provide services to your LLC, and as long as needed for our records. ID documents are removed when your work is complete. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it to finish work you have paid for.

You can ask us to:

Show you the information we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your information

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
