Refund Policy

We keep our refund policy simple. If we have not filed anything yet, you get your money back. Once your filing is with the state, the state fee is spent and the work is done.

Full Refund Before We File

If you cancel before we submit your filing to the state, we refund the full amount you paid.

After We File

Once we submit your filing to the state, the package is not refundable. The state fee has been paid and the work has been done.

If the State Rejects Your Filing

If the state rejects your filing, we fix the problem and file again at no extra cost. For example, if your name is not available, we file with your next name choice. If we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.

Add-Ons

The same rule applies to each add-on. If you cancel before we submit that application, you get a full refund for it. After we submit it, the add-on is not refundable.

Banks and platforms like Mercury, Wise, Payoneer and Stripe decide each application themselves. A rejection by one of them is not a reason for a refund, because the work to prepare and submit the application has been done.

How to Ask for a Refund

Send your order number to madrsahasnain@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 321 2309097. We confirm the details and refund you by the same method you paid, where possible.
