M. Hassan is a CPA and the tax and accounting member of the LLCPronto team. He handles and oversees the tax work our clients need after their LLC is formed, including Form 5472 with the pro forma Form 1120 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs, US tax return filings, and questions about how a non-resident’s LLC is treated for US tax.
Having a CPA inside the team means tax questions are answered by someone qualified to answer them, not passed around. Formation, EIN and banking work is handled by the wider team; tax filings go through M. Hassan.
