Our Service

LLCPronto prepares and files business formation documents and related applications for you, such as your LLC filing, EIN and BOI report. We also provide registered agent and mailing address services and help with bank and platform applications.

We are not a law firm or a government agency, and we do not give legal or financial advice. Tax services are limited to the filings and tax work listed in your order, which are handled by our tax team, including M. Hassan, CPA. Information on our website is general guidance. For legal advice, or tax advice beyond the services you ordered, speak with a licensed attorney or tax professional.

Prices and Payment

• Our package price is shown on each state page and on the order form before you pay.
• Some add-ons are priced by quote. We confirm the price with you before we start them.
• Urgent service costs more, and we tell you the price upfront.
• You can pay by US bank transfer, or from Pakistan by Easypaisa or Raast. We start work once your payment is confirmed.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us true, complete information and your own real documents.
• Reply to our questions so we can file on time.
• Keep up with your LLC’s yearly duties, like annual reports, state taxes and federal returns such as Form 5472. We send reminders, but these stay your responsibility unless you order that filing from us.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the information looks false, or if the business is illegal.

Name Availability

We check your LLC name before filing, but the state makes the final decision. If the state rejects a name, we ask you for another one.

Timelines

Filing times depend on the state and the IRS. We share the expected timeline before you pay, but we cannot control government processing times.

Third-Party Approvals

Banks, payment platforms and marketplaces like Mercury, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe and Amazon make their own decisions. We help you prepare your application, but we cannot promise any approval.

Registered Agent and Mailing Address

Your package includes a registered agent and a US mailing address for one year. We tell you the renewal price before the year ends. If you do not renew, you need to name a new registered agent to keep your LLC in good standing.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We do our work with care. If something goes wrong because of our mistake, we fix it at no cost. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not responsible for delays or decisions by government offices, banks or other third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders placed earlier follow the terms in place when you ordered.
