How It Works: Your US LLC in Five Steps
From your first message to a working company, here is exactly what happens, who does what, and how long each step usually takes.
You choose a state and send your passport and address proof. We file your LLC with the state, apply for your EIN with the IRS, and send your documents by email and WhatsApp. Most LLCs are approved within a few days to two weeks, depending on the state, and your EIN is ready within 24 hours after that. Then we help with banking, payments and yearly filings.

How long does the whole process take?
Most LLCs are approved within a few days to two weeks, depending on the state, and your EIN is ready within 24 hours after that, depending on the state. Bank and payment accounts usually take one to three weeks more, and each provider makes its own decision.
Do I need to travel to the US?
No. Everything is done online. You send documents by email or WhatsApp and receive your company documents the same way.
When do I pay?
We confirm the total on WhatsApp first, then you pay by bank transfer or, in Pakistan, through Easypaisa or Raast. The state fee is included in the price.
What happens after the first year?
We remind you before your state’s yearly filing and the registered agent renewal. If your LLC is foreign-owned, our tax team can file Form 5472 each spring.
